1. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer
The successful candidate will lead project monitoring, evaluation, data management and organisational learning. The role involves developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, managing project data, verifying field activities and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of beneficiaries in line with Mastercard Foundation Fund for Resilience and Prosperity (FRP) Youth-in-Work (YiW) requirements.

2. CPU Quality Supervisor
The CPU Quality Supervisor will oversee quality assurance across Mambo Coffee’s Coffee Processing Units (CPUs) and Coffee Collection Centres. The position involves supervising coffee cherry reception, inspection, grading, pulping, fermentation, washing, drying and storage to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and premium export requirements.

3. Agronomist
The Agronomist will provide technical agricultural expertise and support to smallholder coffee farmers and outgrower networks. The role focuses on improving coffee productivity and quality through sustainable farming practices, soil management, pest and disease control, climate-resilient agriculture and farmer capacity development.
