Over the weekend, staff members of Mambo Coffee Company Limited gathered at Antique Hotel Morogoro for the 2026 Capacity Building and Operational Workshop. The workshop brought together team members to strengthen collaboration, review performance, and plan for the year ahead.
Held in Morogoro, the workshop was guided under the theme “Team Building, Capacity Enhancement, and Foundational Ethics.” The sessions were facilitated by Centre for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED) and focused on building a strong and effective organizational culture.
Key discussions centered on strengthening unity among staff, building a high-performance culture, optimizing talent, and improving resource management while minimizing operational costs.
