Athanasio
With over 20 years in coffee, Athanasio gives strategic guidance and direction to MCCL Board and ensures that the team achieves its mission, financial vision, and long term goals. He overseas all business operations, liaises with stakeholders, and is responsible for the overall performance of Mambo Coffee.
Denis
Is responsible for all cooperative producers’ (producers) relations and business development at sourcing and certifications. He participates in all meetings and shares his guidance & knowledge with the producers on the best practices.
Lydia
She assists with all sourcing activities of coffee, updating our internal databases with order details and maintains updated records of farmers and co-operatives. She also coordinates between partners or customers & Mambo; liaises with certification department to provide feedback on sourcing parameters and supports the alignment between activities.
Upendo
All MCCL logistics consignments are her responsibility. She is also responsible for all outgoing and incoming shipments as she plans warehouses and distribution centres for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
Andrew
He is responsible for the successful operations of certifications for both Mambo Coffee and producer partners as well management of producer’s relationship towards green coffee business.
Given
He is the “coffee guy”. He manages received Coffee sample data base, samples from auction, producers, warehouses and Mambo team.
He directs the day-to-day running of the lab, ensuring product quality of both Arabica and Robusta coffees.
Comfort
Provides full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director as she ensures the smooth management of his day today duties, and most effective use of his time. She handles all sensitive issues in a professional and objective manner as the office manager.
Emmanuel
Supports our communications strategies and coffee marketing campaign implementations. He corresponds with farmers, employees and external stakeholders keeping them informed of Mambo Coffee and Roast Coffee business.
